दोस्तो जैसा की सब को बता है है आज के समय में चोरी बोहोत बढ़ती जा रही है, ओर उन चोरी हुए मोबाइल का गलत इस्तेमाल करते है और इलजम आपके ऊपर आ सकता है इसके लिए आपको उस फोन के IMEI number को बंद करवाना होगा ताकि आपके फोन का कोई गलत इस्तेमाल ना कर सके। English के लिए सबसे नीचे देखे
Note: form bharne se pahle kya jaruri hai;-
- IMEI number block करने से पहले आपको एक missing stolen mobile report / FIR करवानी होगी
- जो सिम कार्ड उस फोन में थी उसकी डुप्लीकेट सिम कार्ड अपनी टेलीकॉम कंपनि से लिकाल वानी होगी। क्युकी OTP ke लिए जरूरी है और OTP उसी नंबर पे आयेगा।
- फार्म के जिस जगह पर * ( स्टार ) लगा होगा उसे भरना अनिवार्य है। जिस पर नहीं है उसे छोड़ सकते है यदि information नहीं है तो।
इसके लिए सबसे पहले आपको CEIR full form - Central Equipment Identity Register की site https://ceir.gov.in/Request/CeirUserBlockRequestDirect.jsp पर जाना होगा और अपनी कुछ जानकारियां देनी होगी

सबसे पहले आपने फोन का मोबाइल नंबर डाले जो उस वक्त उस फोन में था
IMEI 1 & IMEI 2 -
अपने मोबाइल के दोनों IMEI number डालें जोकि आपके मोबाइल के बिल में होगा या फिर मोबाइल के डब्बे भी होता है, नहीं है तो ऐसे पता करें।
Device brand -
अपने फोन के ब्रांड को सलेक्ट करें जैसे samsung, oppo, MI, vivo इत्यादि।
Device model -
अपने फोन का मॉडल नंबर डालें जैसे अगर samsung का है तो J 1, J2, J4, J7 इत्यादी।
Upload mobile purchase invoice -
अगले बॉक्स में अपने फोन के बिल की फोटो खींचकर अपलोड करें।
Lost information
Lost place -
अब इस सेक्शन उस जगह का नाम डालना है जहा आपका मोबाइल खोया था जैसे - D block, Vikaspuri, new delhi.
Lost date -
जिस दिन आपका मोबाइल खोया था उस दिन कि तारीख डालें।
Select State / UT -
अब उस शहर का चुनाव करें जहा आपका मोबाइल खोया था।
Select district -
इसके बाद उस जगह की डिस्ट्रिक्ट का चुनाव करें।
Select nearest police station -
अब नजदीकी पुलिस स्टेशन का चुनाव करें।
Police complain number -
अब मोबाइल के खोने कि police complain का नंबर डालें जोकि उस FIR में लिखी होती है नहीं की तो यहां से करें।
Upload police complain
अब पुलिस कंपलेन की फोटो की फोटो खींचकर अपलोड करें।

इसपर क्लिक करके अपनी आईडी की फोटो upload करें।
Identity number - जो document ऊपर सेलेक्ट किया था उसका नंबर डालें
Email -
अपना एक ईमेल ID डालें
Mobile number for OTP -
अब get OTP पर click करें।
Verity OTP -
अब OTP password जो आपके मोबाईल में आया है यूज डालके ओर verify OTP पर क्लिक करें।
Submit -
चेक बॉक्स पर क्लिक करके यस करें और सबमिट कर दें।
इसके बाद आप अपनी रेसिफ्ट Download कर लें

Get a duplicate SIM Card for the lost number from your telecom service provider (eg, Airtel, Jio, Voda/Idea, BSNL, MTNL etc.). This is essential because you will need to provide this as the primary mobile number (OTP will be sent on this number) while submitting the request for blocking your IMEI.
Note: As per TRAI's regulation, SMS facility on re-issued SIMs is enabled after 24 hours of SIM activation.
Get your documents ready - a copy of police report and an Identity Proof must be provided. You can also provide the mobile purchase invoice.
